Our Craft
At Lustigbacken 3 we carefully select the finest cocoa beans from plantations around the world. Each chocolate bar is crafted with patience and precision to highlight the unique flavours from each origin. This means our different bars taste completely different, and we recommend trying a few varieties.
We make our own chocolate from dried cocoa beans that we roast, crack, shell and grind for 70 to 100 hours, then temper with cocoa butter silk and mould. The chocolate is sold in our small shop in the Church Town and online as bars, dragée, baking chocolate, mousse, drinking chocolate, and other confections. We also roast our own coffee and occasionally make amazing chocolate ice cream from our own chocolate.
In our micro-café we serve various hot drinks such as craft hot chocolate, cocoa tea, espresso with chocolate, and our own roasted coffee. Alongside these we serve assorted pastries, with or without chocolate.
We make our bars slightly smaller so you can try more varieties, and we continuously craft new chocolate and new bars — so come back often to see what's new.

Want us to ship our chocolate? We offer three shipping options within Sweden. Contact us for prices to ship abroad. A box with up to 6 bars for 58 SEK, up to 12 bars for 68 SEK, and up to 24 bars for 85 SEK. Contact us with your order and we'll pack and get back to you. Payment is by card via a payment link we send you.
Remember to eat the chocolate slowly — it took a long time to make!
